Subject: Performance of 9-5 2.0t question

Dear All, Like a lot of newcomers to Saabs, I am looking for a quality car with good reliability that suits my pocket. The latter is where the rub begins, which is a paltry £7,000. My first choice is the 9-5 2.3t auto, but from having a quick peek around the market, its not going to happen. Does anybody have the answers to these questions? I was thinking about a 9-5 2.0t and I was wondering if its performance is good for safe overtaking? What about an auto box on a 2.0t? When the miles roll past 100k miles and 120k miles, will the engine require some attention? (My pug ran out of steam at 100k) Thanks in advance for the information, Ian (Hopefully a Saab devotee soon!)
