Looks like you are into about 1200 us for a new top installed. patch the bottom of the glass with shoe goop. almost any urethane type glue will work just fine. I just went through all of this with my 92. Has the top started to split at the fold points yet? When you get to this point you are done, and you either leave the top up and hope to limp to replacement time or suck it up and replace right away.
