It's hard to say without knowing the particular shops in your area. The best thing to do is to visit several shops, ask for an estimate, and while they are doing it ask lots of questions. Ask in particular about matching the paint, tell them you don't want to see a difference between panels. The guy that will do it right will explain that they will blend the paint into the adjacent panels so that there is no visible color line. The guy that says they can paint just the fender or bumper and make it match the rest of the car is the one to stay away from. Don't believe that "we can match it perfectly with the computer" line - it isn't possible. While the paint is not the only issue to consider, the guy who does the paint right will have no problem with the mechanical part of replacing the parts. It the damage is severe to the shock tower, make sure they check the frame and do an alignment to confirm that the shock tower is in the right place. Bob
