Site News - 4/9 Saab Owners' Convention Day Pass Raffle | 3/26 M Car Covers (by State of Nine)

Subject: 2000 9-3 Body Work

Recently someone decided to drive backwards down a street until they hit my beloved Saab 9-3. Cracked the bumper casing open and clearly shifted the passenger fender out of alignment. There was a significant amount of damage. Problem is, how to select someone to repair/restore the car (no limit save it can't cost more than a new 9-3 :) ? The dealer's recommendations, here in Calgary, Canada, are suspect given that one of the body shops is 'owned' by the dealer. The other was horrid to look at. Any suggestions on what to look for in a body shop familiar with repairing late model Saabs? j.
