Well I guess alien physiologyis somewhat different to homo sapiens, but as a perfectly ordinary human, I am 6 foot 2 inches, and have a couple of inches headroom in the 9-3 convertible, and in the 9-3 Aero I test drove last week had bags of room. Plenty of felines creatures could have been swung around the intertior of that particular vehicle. Now just in case there is huge difference between your alien legs, and my earth-bound human ones, let me explain further in saying I have a long torso - my legs are only 33 inches, the rest of my height is my torso. Thus I have little troublefitting behind the steering wheel of my 9-3. I realise that your Intergalactic Spaceship may have a different control system, I joystick I suspect, but certainly down here you'll find that wheels are the normal mode of control. Do you control the pedals with your "feet" attached to "legs" or with some form of "tentacle"? May I suggest a period spent in suspended animation whilst being placed in what us humanoids term a "car crusher" might alleviate your problems by shortening your "legs" by a substantial amount? Beyond that, if your dealer thinks it may be possible, ask for a quote, and perhaps phone the local Saab HQ to enquire. Gte it in writing and then you can refer back to it when the time comes. I knew that some people thought that if Saab could make jetfighters then space was the next frontier, but I didn't realise technology had moved on so fast! Long live the warp-speed capable turbocharger! ;-)
