The 2.3 FPT has 200bhp on all models including the Aero as more power will damage the gearbox. It is possible to get 225bhp+ but it's not recommended. The auto version also has a reduced amount of torque. It has 300Nm instead of 330Nm on the manual I own a FPT and the turbo lag isn't really noticeable. With so much power to the front wheels though, it is quite easy to wheel spin, even at speeds up to 30mph. Traction control would be nice but my car doesn't have it.
