Saab 900SE 1998 105,000 miles Does anyone have any comments on the following problems ? 1. losing a bit of oil around the turbo: Also the turbo "whine" has been a little louder lately. New turbo has been recommended ~£700 2. heavy clutch - and maybe a little slipping, I'm just not certain: It's been heavy since I bought the car (in 2000 with 70,000 miles). New clutch+cable has been recommended ~£450 3. leaking ("weeping") headgasket - nothing much, and no coolant contamination Been recommended that it's ok to leave it alone 4. noisy aircon compressor at low engine revs: Been recommended new compressor ~£900. Or just carry on but switch it off at low revs. I want to keep the car going nicely but don't want to spend money unnecessarily.
