I assume what you're saying is that one can simply order a car from a EUR dealer. What I don't understand fully, is how the EUR dealer gets his hands on a RHD car, speced for the UK. Same here, although the Jap imports must be modified to meet ADRs (Australian Design Rules), I imagine similar to your UK specs. Some of the Jap cars are so "riced" up though, one just has to laugh!
