LC, I don't know exactly about the 90's, but I have a 2000 9-3 Convo, and I complained about too much wind noise - in response it is possible to change the angles and seals of each of the four windows - you can't get rid of wind noise, but by subtly changing the shape of the cabin, by minute degrees, you can move the noise elsewhere. Basically it depends who you want to get the noise! I have had mine set up so that the front seats are very quiet, and the noise collects at the rear of the passenger compartment - thus it is just as quite as my old NG900 SE 5Dr in the front, but a little more difficult to hold a conversaion with anyone sitting in the back! Then again, I vary rarely carry more than one other person anyway..... I had the adjustments done under warranty, as I had the car from new, but to be honest if you took it to a Saab dealer, it shoul;dn't be too expensive, as it doesn't take very long. Hope this helps, H.
