Hi people, I'm having a performance issue :( During the last few days performance has gone down the pan - accelerating through 1st and 2nd is just difficult - there is a total lack of drive. Idling is perfect: 850rpm and totally static at rest. 97 RON (Super) petrol or Shell Optimax used 1 tank in 4, with 95 RON unleaded for the other 3. Air filter replaced about 6 weeks ago. AIC valve replaced about 2 months ago due to a leak. Cleaned the fuel injectors about 1 month ago. Oil change (Castrol Magnatex 10w40) & oil filter (Champion) replaced about 2 month ago - Wynn's flushed as well. Spark Plugs (NGK) replaced about 6 months ago. I can't hear anything obvious in the engine, having checked for air leaks, but from a cold start I *think* I can hear an exhaust blow but I can't find anything when I look. From cold, a rev of say 2500rpm-3000rpm coughs a little on the way back to idle a couple of times. It does go when the engine is warm. Any thoughts? I haven't a clue.
