check out the townsend website for how to adjust the rear pads - its a unique Saab feature that some mechanics might miss, and cause the type of problem you have. If they didn't back off the adjuster before reseating the piston, the calliper might be damaged and need replacement. go to http://216.78.172.244/brake_folder/rearbrakewebrake.htm has comprehensive instructions, pictures and exploded view.
