The 9-5 has significantly less room inside than does a 9000. This may or may not be an issue to you. Having gone from a 9000 to a 9-5, I notice the smaller size. Other than that, the 9-5 is slightly quieter and has a better ride due to the IRS. Then there is that hatchback thing, but you could go for a 9-5 wagon. Tod.
