Hi Victor, This summer I bought a 98 900SE Tubo Conv with 43K and have had some similar issues. Fortunately my warranty lasted until Jan. 1) Steering vib - mine too. A really good wheel balance even with some minor curb damage on the wheels cured the problem. 2) Seatback release - mine too. This is a well known problem with the cable stretching. Saab has a TD out on it. There is a web site where you can subscribe to TD's, recalls etc on a given model. I did this and found lots of relevant model info. 3) SID missing line - mine too.
