Is there a 4wd/awd Saab on the horizon in NA?

I've seen the pix on the 9-3X, but not really sure if/when it  will be sold.

I'd be happy with a 9-3 or 9-5 with awd.  The FWD has too much wheel spin
and torque steer, even with automatic.
