I can't answer your question about an existing power wire, but if you don't find one, the best arrangement would be a fused wire (or a self-resetting circuit breaker) coming right off the battery positive post using medium gage wires. I suggest 12 AWG or bigger. Run it through a switch-controlled relay if you want to be able to switch it off. This is a good idea so you don't drain your battery when you leave the car and trailer for a while with the fridge running. That fridge compressor will draw a fair amount of power when it first starts running. I am not sure an existing circuit would be stout enough for the amperage. If you call the dealer who sold you the trailer he can tell you the power requirement of the fridge.
