THe boost needle in the yellow indicates that the turbo is working so something else is slowing you down Can you measure the performance and show that is defficient or are you used to the car and so do not get the buzz, drive a non turbo car and then go back into the Saab and see if the Saab is still underperforming. I have found that 3 weeks with a rental car helps the Saab go faster when I get back to the Saab.
