There is no flap inside an AIC just a needle value, Grinding this will increase air flow. There is no fuel flow through the AIC just air, the fuel comes out the injectors which is computer controlled, calculated from engine temp air flow engine load and speed and feed back from O2 Sensor and has nothing to do with AIC. Anything you did to lower the RPM of the engine at idle would only make the ECU increase the duty cycle to the AIC. The only way(Only reliable Way) to decrease idle is to have your ECU reprogrammed.
