Subject: Removing ashtray assembly from 91 9000 CDS



Hi,

I'm trying to swap over my radio/cassette and ashtray/cig. lighter to put
the radio directly beneath the heater controls.

My Haynes manual says to release the ashtray housing retaining clips with a
screwdriver, and lift out the fascia front panel, but I cannot see how to do
this!  Do the clips push in or drop down?

Radio extraction is not a problem, as I installed it and have the keys.
