A CE light can mean many things. Vacuum leak like Jim states is possible. This is where I would go first. Replace the intake manifold grommets (usually from a dealer and are cheap) Replace all the vacuum hoses. I use Silicone so that I don't have to do it again or question if it is a problem. It could be the Air Mass Meter, it could be the o2 sensor or its heater. Read through this and past back if there is a question.
