Bryan, I get a similar but opposite problem. I get cold air leeks from every orifice (ooh er missus!) Seriously though, I really can't get hot air on my feet though I was told once by an ex-Saab mechanic that my problem was probably cased by the alignment of the spindle behind the air distribution knob. It has a square drive and can be assembled 90-degrees out of phase. Well that's maybe my problem.... ...now, it's just possible that the hot/cold knob has a similar spindle with the same square drive. If so, that could be your problem?
