It would be easier to get a new regulator and install it yourself. I did
my driver's side about 2 years ago. I am about to do the passenger side
on my 87 9000S. Make sure you have some duct tape to secure the window
glass, when you remove the support piece. Clean out your console
switches with some WD40.
