I'll take your words of advice re protecting the dash. I'm pretty sure it's the reho, as it seems to be the only thing that will occasionally enable the lights to illuminate after a good 'swivelling' ;-) Will go and get rheo, or at least inspect it next business day (Monday Oz time) and let you know how I go.
