Well, i tend to agree with Adrain. It probably safer to stick to the space saver. Even with a normal road tyre, you may not want to travel above 50mph, due to dynamics and handling behaviour of the car with different tyre sizes, especially if it is the front wheel. If you are keen to try, the 5 lugs have a PCD of 110mm. You can try rims from the ng900, or Opel car which have 5 bolt patterns. I think you'll need a minimum of 16" if you're driving an Aero or Arc.
