Dave, measure the well diameter and depth and back calculate what would fit. The problem is that the OD should be very close to the stock tire so that you do not trash the spider gears and pinions in the differential (when installed on the front, on the rear it is not a concern). I do not have a 9^5 to measure, but would think that the well diameter is probably too small to fit a tire very close to the stock tire diameter. If this is close, it is a simple calculation to figure it out.
