Hate to make a suggestion that has already been taken care of, but are
they absolutly sure that the NEW Wastegate is operating correctly??
Perhaps it is as simple as a short in the wire for the waste gate,
does it ALWAYS overpressure? I don't know, but replacing a faulty
part with an other faulty part, stranger things have happened. But,
since they have already replaced the ECU twice I think you said, they
have probably already checked the waste gate 1000 times, who knows.
