I own a 98 900SE turbo convertible and have trouble with the driver-side seat belt. I've had it replaced and the dealer says it is working fine BUT...it continues to ratchet and lock holding me too tight against the seat, regardless of seat position. I know you can release it by giving it slack but that is difficult when it continues to lock. Has anyone else had this problem and any success in fixing it? I bought a seatbelt "stop" to prevent it from retracting but of course this leaves the seat belt laying around and trapped in the door or seat. Thanks Carl
