No direct experience but recently read an article in a car mag (Car & Driver I think) that compared European delivery programs among Saab, Volvo, BMW and ???Mercedes??? for the USA. I think Saab gives a discount and refunds airfare and 1 night hotel. Sorry can't remember more than that.
