: on my 9000 CSE, and it was a vacuum leak. The leak was on under side of a small
: diameter pipe from the manifold, apparently carrying a vacuum signal to a sensor.

: it by carefully listening for noises. I cut off an inch of the pipe and refittet.

Maybe I'll do some more thorough investigation, then. I'd really rather
not get involved with the ECU unless I have to.
