All of these things have been addressed. The only potential culprit I've
got left is the ECU.

That's not too bad, but seeing as it's apparently a known issue I'd hate
to get a salvage one that had the same problem. It's only listed as a
recall for the 1995 model, so I wonder if a 1996 ECU would be compatible?
If I replace the ECU, I'll have to have it reprogrammed, right?
