If this is happening when the clutch is engaging, it could be oil getting on the clutch surfaces. I would ask that they replace the oil seals in the vicinity as well (rear main, input shaft seal) and replace the clutch disc. It could have been that they contaminated the disk face by using too much lube on the splines, too.
