These are all good questions. Saab changed the model in the 94-95 years. There are some who say never buy the first year of a new model. Others say all of the recalls and repairs should have been done to these cars by now, so they are safe. Saab also changed from a hydraulic clutch to a cable clutch in the 94-97 years, I may be wrong here, but there is the endless debate on which is better.
