Subject: Rear View Mirrors

Hi all, I've done my request 'lurker' time and I haven't seen this one yet. Of course, that may be because I'm the only one with this problem, eh? I just bought a 1988 900 16valve Turbo SPG about 2 months ago. I love it! Anyway, I washed the car yesterday and cleaned the outside mirrors with windex. They are the 'heated' kind and work great. Today, I noticed that the mirror on the right side was 'crooked'. The glass part. I went to straighten it and if fell off, into my hand! Just the glass part. There is a 'rubber' plate that is still in the receptical. How can I reattach it? Glue? Epoxy? Have to get a new mirror? Use a special glue? Did I miss a link to this problem that is at saabnet.com? Thanks in advance, Brandon
