Hopefully, others will chime in as I am more in tune >with the C900. My only experience was 1 year with a 900SE 5 dr 5sp turbo >(185PS). Definitely get a 4-cyl turbo. I don't know what country you are posting from and some of the HP ratings vary, but a 185HP turbo in an NG900 is nice. Get a '97 or '98 900, nothing earlier, since the problems were worked out of the line by then. The '99 9-3 is essentially an NG900, although they claimed to have changed close to 1000 parts with the '99. Normally I would shy away from a "new" model but the '99 wasn't really new and had no new year problems that I've heard of. Of course, newer is usually better, so buy the latest you can reasonably afford. Bob
