I use a small Garmin e-Trex. 24mb of RAM and I can pretty much put the world in it. It is about the size of a small cell and stays on my dash thanks to some Velcro (strategically placed). What I like about it is that it is small enough to carry and just right to fit in the car. And when I change cars, I just take the think with me. -- J.
