The forms look great, although it is much more elaborate than what I currently use. I manage to fit the date, mileage and description of work done on one line of a large index card that shows all the maintenance records for the car. Were you planning on filling in the entries by hand, or will those be done on the computer also? One problem with a printout generated on a computer is that people might suspect that you are faking the service records. With handwritten entries, you can see that the ink has aged, and entries weren't just written in yesterday. If the various entries for service look properly aged, it gives a little more credibility to the service work having been done. With a computer printout, you can't tell when the entry was made. True, people could fake the handwritten entries as they go along, but that is less likely to happen than someone whipping something up on the computer and printing it out. Just my opinion......
