Subject: AC - what should the low pressure be???



With the car running and the AC on full blast -
what should the low pressure read for a fully charged AC unit.

My daughters NG 900s 1994 AC is not very cold,
but I don't want to over charge it (uses R134A).

Anyone have a spec on it?  Does  35 - 40  PSI  sound right?
