Subject: Re: Cassette player question

If you want to keep the factory head unit and the steering wheel controls your options are few or none. When I had the sound system on my 9-3 upgraded the installer built in a corded plug for a walkman. I like to listen to Books on Tape though Books on CD are increasingly more available. I'm a bit jealous of my buddy who got a Acura TLS with a head unit that packs a tape deck and a six pack CD changer. The stereo, not the car. There just isn't a neat solution until GM / Saab comes out with a unit like the Acura's.
