It is possible that the Sid was not programmed to US service intervals. If it is a service message in another language, it will clear in about 12-14 starts with some time between them. To manually clear a service message on this SID, start with no messages, then hold the clear button until you hear one beep "cleared" and then keep holding until the second beep "service." You have reset the service interval at that time.
