Thanks, I forgot to mention I have access to a lift, so the car will be in the air when I do this. So it seems that if I undo the lower A-arm, I will lose the spring which could be dangerous unless it is compressed. Taking off the caliper is not that big of a deal. The car has new calipers which I put on a year or so ago. Charles.
