I have a 92 900 na convert. The car has about 73 k mi. as of yesterday. How long before I have to start looking for a new transmission? The 900 series had a problem with their transmissions at about 100 k for a long time, somewhere along the line the pinion bearings design was changed. Did this solve the 100 k curse? Am I shopping for a new gearbox? Anybody use a good newsgroup server? Alltel has to be the absolute worst ng server ever.
