Drive accordingly - of course. If the rubber/wheels/mechanics are not up to par then I wouldn't take off ramps at 90 mph. If in doubt, drive conservatively until you can verify the car is safe for more "spirited" driving. Regarding collision damage, I would look more at weld seams, fender bolts (new? replaced?), off colored or oddly textured paint, etc. Also, (at least in NY) I believe the title should state if car was a salvage/recovery, etc. Hope this helped and good luck with your new Saab.
