Many times it is reasonable to replace both lower motor mounts because it's not that much extra in labor. I just did exactly that. If one mount is bad, it starts to put extra stress on the others and makes them go bad in short order. BTW, aftermarket lower motor mounts are priced at around US$110 (YMMV depending on model, engine and year) each. If you are handy, you can probably change them yourself in an afternoon. While you are at it, check the upper motor mounts. They are much easier to access, but a special tool is needed to make the removal and installation of the mount an easy job.
