The fill plug is on top. Yours most likely have hex fittings. AFAIR, it is difficult to get to the drain plug. You might need to get creative with an allen key socket or just use the bit in a wrench. You should purchase a Haynes manual. It is not imported to the USA, but it is available from: http://www.cybertroll.com/ Their web site is not much to look at, but they are well known and they are reliable. Bob
