Subject: Re: Is it fixed?

Got the car back from the dealer on Friday. They have replaced the DI cassette with a test module from stock and the car is running much better. There is still a little bit of overboost but not enough to send the gauge past the red (it maxes out at about 2 thirds of the way round) and there is no more fuel cut-off. It seems (at long last) that they may have almost fixed it. The dealer has admitted that he cannot do any better. A new DI cassette will be fitted on Thursday, anyone have any idea what this will cost them? Six months, six courtesy cars, two service managers, two receptionists, endless telephone conversations and about £2000-£3000 in parts later (not to mention the hundreds of hours of labour), I think we get to the end of the story. I look forward to receiving your comments!
