The first digits seems to indicate material groups with 400 for accessories unique to Saab, 116 indicating generic parts, e.g. 400 105 813 is a roof rack and 116 136 482 is a ski holder for the roof rack. Some parts, like light bulbs, seems to follow a different numbering scheme, e.g. a 55W H3 light bulb is (10)85 29 109.
