Actually $1.53 today at the discount guys. The name brands are $1.63 to $1.69. Since it comes out of the same truck, I use the generic. Prices are comparable in NH, NY, CN, ME, VT, etc. A little higher in CT and NY, a little lower in NH, ME, and VT. It's funny, but I find the lowest prices in places like VT where they have to truck the gas 4 hours from a port, while the highest prices are in the urban areas right next to the port. I guess it's all what the traffic will bear (no pun). Bob >I'm lucky if I can pay $1.95/gallon for premium. Driving in the SF bay >area, I average 21mpg.
