Im considering purchasing a 91 9000 with the automatic trans. I've read a lot of bad and very few good things about the trans.The origional has been recently replaced with a used one of unknown mileage. It seems to work very well, as does the rest of the car.This will be my first ever Saab.Should I avoid this car? Evidence from all the stuff I've read seems to point to the trans as the major weakness of these cars. The rest of the car seems ok. a few niggling things [boost and fuel gauge dead, Idles rough at stop lights for a second then smooths out] I would asume these are minor problems? Thanks for any input.
