Thanks What he is saying is that Saab USA deliberately put the alignment out? I think that's crap, simply put. He's fobbing you off. That would mean the Saab Europe would have to be *really* careful about which way the put the alignment out - here in the UK, a right-drifting car *would* hit on-coming traffic, but drift to the side of the road in France. It's rubbish - no manufacturer would put alignment out. You should get it checked and re-aligned. I think a letter of complain to Saab Corporate about the situation and about the garage/dealer that gave you that ridiculous story.
