The fact that you are not charged anything for the service does not mean it is not a business. I think that is what dave fails to recognize. This alone makes it a business email, not a personal one. I wrote to a published contact address for the company and got a response. If I got cut off from my cell phone provider, I would post that letter just as soon. The letter I received is documentation of the company's policies, and action they take based on those policies. It is not a love letter from my ex-girlfriend. By publishing it, it is bringing to light the stringent nature of those policies and forewarning others, who can now avoid ending up in the same situation.
