Subject: 95 saab ce poor fuel mileage



I have 95 9000 ce  w/low pressure turbo. All the engine diags show well
within spec except for the injector pulse duration at 3 ms vs  2.4 ms. The
car gets 20 mpg tops. Any ideas ?
